Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Principal Field Robotics System Engineer to operate at the intersection of hands-on robotic system expertise and customer engagement.

You will drive platform enablement, support PoCs, and lead engagements across robotics ecosystems, translating platform capabilities into system-level demonstrations with real customer impact. Travel up to 25% and collaboration with multiple business units, including Sales, FAEs, and software teams, are expected to deliver design

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of robotics system, subsystem, or technology design experience.
• Hands-on experience integrating robotic systems (prototype or deployed).

Responsibilities

• Build and integrate proof-of-concepts, demos, and reference systems showcasing performance and value.
• Work on robotic subsystems (motion, sensing, perception, control) with real-world use cases.
• Support system bring-up, integration, and debugging across hardware, software, and control layers.
• Lead collaborations and customer co-creation engagements; run workshops and boot camps.
• Develop expertise across motion & actuation, sensing, real-time control, and edge AI with safety considerations.
