Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Principal Field Robotics System Engineer to operate at the intersection of hands-on robotics system expertise and customer engagement.

You will act as a system-level domain expert supporting customers from early architecture discussions through proof-of-concept (PoC), evaluation, and system support and integration, accelerating adoption of ADI technologies in real-world robotic systems.

Qualifications

• BS in EE, CE, or related field.
• 5+ years in robotics system design or related field.
• Hands-on experience integrating robotic systems (prototype or deployed).
• Strong understanding of motion control, sensing, perception, or real-time/embedded systems.
• Experience at hardware–software boundary (integration, bring‑up, debugging).

Responsibilities

• Build and integrate proofs-of-concept, demos, and reference systems translating platform capabilities into demonstrations.
• Work hands-on with robotic subsystems and platforms aligned to customer use cases.
• Support system bring-up, integration, and debugging across hardware, software, and control layers.
• Lead ADI Catalyst engagements and customer co-creation activities; including workshops and boot camps.
• Lead strategic platform engagements with robotics companies and ecosystem partners.
