This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on defining architectures, collaborating with global teams, and shaping robotics solutions for mounted, mobile, and humanoid platforms. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in robotics, hands-on deployment experience, and strong communication to influence decisions without direct authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Engineering with 10+ years in robotics domain.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying robotics systems.
• Familiarity with humanoid, mobile robotics, collaborative robots, or industrial vision tech.
• Understanding of robotics and automation systems.
• Experience providing technical guidance.
• Strong written and oral technical communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with RFAS/RSS teams to map customer problems to ADI solutions.
• Position ADI technology differentiation with vision, sensing, and connectivity.
• Guide system architecture development for robotics solutions.
• Expand ADI robotics domain knowledge in humanoid/mobile/outdoor robots.
• Influence product roadmaps for connectivity, power, vision, and motor control.
• Support technical discussions with robotics customers in the USA.
