Job summary

KEMRON Environmental Services, Inc. is seeking experienced Response Managers for hazardous waste cleanup and environmental remediation projects, primarily supporting the U.S. Virgin Islands within Region 2.

The role requires supervising field teams, ensuring safety, and coordinating waste disposal across multiple sites. Travel up to 100% may be required, with variable project locations and schedules. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, along with valid OSHA trainings and

Qualifications

Strong QA/QC knowledge and OSHA/DOT/RCRA/CERCLA regulations.
Current 40-Hour OSHA HAZWOPER training.
OSHA 8-Hour Supervisor Training.
HAZWOPER refresher training and First Aid/CPR are required.

Responsibilities

Direct and supervise foremen, operators, laborers, subcontractors, and field personnel.
Coordinate onsite hazardous waste cleanup, remediation, and waste disposal activities.
Develop work plans and cost estimates for personnel, equipment, and transportation.
Ensure work adheres to KEMRON SOPs, OSHA requirements, project plans, and regulatory rules.
Lead safety briefings and report safety concerns to management.
Oversee compliance with health, safety, and project-specific plans.
