Job summary

KEMRON Environmental Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Response Manager to lead field teams in hazardous waste site cleanup and environmental remediation across NY/NJ regions, with frequent overnight travel.

The role involves supervising subcontractors, coordinating safety plans, and ensuring compliance with QA/QC standards. Applicants must have a current 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification, a valid driver's license, and strong project coordination and client communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of hazardous waste site cleanup experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience on hazardous waste activities.
• Bachelor's degree can substitute for one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise field personnel and subcontractors.
• Coordinate onsite cleanup, remediation, and waste disposal activities.
• Develop work plans and cost estimates for projects.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, RCRA/CERCLA and project plans.
• Conduct daily tailgate safety meetings and report safety concerns.
