Ideal candidates have 5+ years of environmental project experience, strong leadership, and a proven ability to coordinate crews, manage schedules, and communicate effectively with personnel and clients while traveling frequently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of environmental project experience with increasing responsibility.
• Excellent references.
• Ability to perform daily functions and lead teams as described.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety of the workforce.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of Federal, State and Local environmental regulations/laws.
• Set and carry out obtainable goals.
• Ensure proper staffing of response teams and lead employees by example.
• Communicate effectively with personnel and clientele.
• Contribute to business growth.
• Assist in solving complex situations.
• Create and monitor schedules for each worker.
• Oversee internal project documentation.
