Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience as a manager/first-line leader.
• Minimum three years in field reimbursement or related access role.
• Experience with Specialty Pharmacy and Buy & Bill reimbursement.
• Strong understanding of payer dynamics and account management.
