Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze field quality performance, warranty, and customer feedback to identify trends.
• Lead root cause investigations and coordinate corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering, Manufacturing, and Suppliers to implement improvements.
• Support NPI activities by identifying potential field quality risks before launch.
• Implement containment actions and verify effectiveness using field data.
