Job summary

Hadrian is building autonomous factories to accelerate American manufacturing. The Construction Quality Assurance Manager will lead QA across the redevelopment of a new facility in Cherokee, Alabama, ensuring field-level QC, compliance with drawings and standards, and proactive defect prevention.

The role requires a strong field presence, collaboration with the project team, and careful management of NCRs and ITPs across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and process utility scopes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of progressive construction experience with quality assurance, quality control, field engineering, inspection, or construction management.
• Experience in large-scale commercial/industrial/mfg projects or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong understanding of drawings, specs, RFIs, submittals, and construction sequencing.
• Experience coordinating third-party testing, inspection agencies, NCRs.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Hadrian’s Construction Quality Assurance Plan.
• Oversee field QA activities and coordinate with GC, subcontractors, and design engineers.
• Verify compliance with approved drawings, specs, and submittals; manage NCRs.
• Identify risks and ensure QA processes prevent defects in construction and commissioning.
• Escalate issues to Hadrian leadership and ensure proper documentation.
