Hadrian is seeking a Construction Quality Assurance Manager for its Cherokee, Alabama facility. This owner-side role will establish and enforce the QA program across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and process utility scopes.

You will lead field inspections, coordinate with the General Contractor and design engineers, and ensure compliance with contract documents, tests, and inspections. The position emphasizes proactive defect prevention in a dynamic industrial setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent construction experience.
• 8+ years of progressive construction experience with QA/QC responsibilities.
• Experience with large-scale commercial/industrial construction.
• Strong understanding of drawings, specs, submittals and RFIs.
• Experience coordinating third-party testing and inspection agencies.

Mansioni

• Develop, implement, and maintain Hadrian’s Construction Quality Assurance Plan.
• Review QC plans and ensure in-field implementation.
• Coordinate NCR resolution with GC, subcontractors, and engineers.
• Maintain field QA presence and monitor compliance across scopes.
• Verify conformity with drawings, specs, submittals, and codes.
• Escalate significant quality issues to leadership.
