Job summary

Crusoe in Amarillo, TX is seeking a Staff Quality Control (QC) Engineer to ensure the integrity, performance, and reliability of Crusoe’s data center infrastructure. You will support QA/QC programs, inspect installations, manage NCRs, and coordinate with field teams, GC's, and commissioning teams.

This on-site, full-time role requires 7+ years in construction QA/QC, strong MEP knowledge, and meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

7+ years in construction QA/QC, quality engineering, field engineering, commissioning support, or related roles.
Strong understanding of MEP systems including electrical distribution, mechanical/cooling, and controls.
Experience performing or supporting field inspections, punch walks, NCRs, deficiency tracking, and QA documentation.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, submittals, test reports, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

Execute and support the Site-Level QA/QC program for large-scale data center construction.
Develop, maintain, and execute Inspection Test Plans, checklists, and quality documentation.
Perform field inspections across civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, and commissioning scopes.
Validate installation against drawings, specs, submittals, RFIs, and code requirements.
Track and manage deficiencies, punch items, NCRs, and non-conformance reports through closure.
