Job summary

COUNTRY Financial is seeking a Senior Property Claims Adjuster to join our field claims team in the Effingham, IL area. You’ll investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle property claims, using drones for inspections and virtual claim handling software to guide clients through the process.

This full-time field role requires licensing as needed in our operating states, plus a Part 107 drone license for roof inspections.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in claims handling.
• Licensing as required by the states we do business.
• Part 107 drone license required for roof inspections; must be obtained within 5 months.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle property claims.
• Contact insureds and claimants to gather information and explain the process.
• Perform physical or virtual inspections and prepare written estimates.
