• Experience handling agricultural, farm, and ranch claims is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Master estimating to create damages estimates for the most complex first-party homeowner losses
• Builds mastered relationships with internal and external customers
• Interprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
• Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in complex files
• Applies policy expertise and assists leadership in training
• Recommends process improvements
