Job summary

RealPage is seeking a Project Manager to oversee installation of new submetering systems at properties under construction and manage replacements of existing systems. You will coordinate contracts, proposals contents, and serve as primary contact for clients and contractors to schedule installations.

You will lead project coordination, track data by region, manage budgets and changes, source subcontractors, and collaborate with sales, installation, and product support to deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• College degree or HS diploma with relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% to visit projects/vendors.
• Experience in sourcing and evaluating subcontractors for construction projects.
• Familiarity with budget oversight and cost control measures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead all aspects of submeter installation within the assigned project(s).
• Determine steps necessary to meet project deadlines with urgency and flexibility.
• Track and analyze project data by region, state, and city.
• Source and evaluate subcontractors for each project and manage customer relationships on-site.
• Schedule installation and manage internal labor routing.
• Monitor budgets and margins to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Write/change orders and work to gain approvals for cost adjustments.
• Foster cross-functional communication among sales, installation, and product support.
• Ensure installations meet high-quality standards and customer expectations.
• Identify productivity trends and propose PM process improvements.
