Metergy is seeking a Manager of Project Delivery to lead a team of Project Managers for submetering projects in the NYC area. The role focuses on delivering projects on time and within budget while meeting quality and safety standards.

You will drive cross-departmental collaboration, manage schedules and costs, and continuously improve processes. The position is onsite with 30% travel in NYC and hybrid possibility after 90 days.

Qualifications

• 5 years of project management experience preferred.
• 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating with trades, hardware, or building owners.
• Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to lead teams through significant change in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers and drive performance.
• Plan, schedule, and execute multiple submetering projects with design coordination, installation, commissioning, and material planning.
• Establish and maintain a network of qualified contractors and vendors.
• Oversee schedules, costs, and timelines to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery within budget.
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements and remove bottlenecks across departments.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical analysis of drawings to support contractors and internal teams.
• Develop progress reports and deliver financial reports on time.
• Lead and manage other projects assigned by FS Leadership.
