Job summary

RealPage, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee submetering system installations at properties under construction and to replace existing systems. You will review contracts for content and accuracy and act as the primary contact for clients and contractors to schedule installations.

The role involves coordinating multiple project activities, tracking data, managing subcontractors, budgeting, and ensuring quality installations while supporting cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Education: College Degree, or High School Diploma with relevant experience required.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience or consummate experience.
• Travel: Willingness to travel up to 5% to visit projects and/or vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead all aspects of submeter installation within the assigned project(s).
• Determine steps necessary to meet project deadlines. Respond with urgency and flexibility to meet frequently changing project schedules.
• Track and analyze project data, including quality, cost, schedule, change orders, and sales data by region, state, and city.
• Source and evaluate subcontractors for each project to ensure quality work and adherence to project budgets; build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Daily truck routing with internal software to ensure timely delivery and installation.
• Monitor project budgets and margins, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring profitability.
• Responsible for writing deductive and/or increases in costs on change orders and obtaining approvals.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among internal and external cross-functional teams, including sales, installation, and product support.
• Ensure all installations meet high-quality standards and customer expectations.
• Identify productivity trends and recommend enhancements to project management processes and procedures.
• Progression: evolve to revenue-activation targets and SME for complex submetering installs.
