Job summary

HNTB is seeking a senior-level Construction/Project Manager to lead field management on complex infrastructure projects valued at $10M and up. You will supervise staff, enforce contract plans, and coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure timely responses and successful project outcomes.

The role emphasizes delivering on-time, on-budget results with strong leadership, technical oversight, and effective communication with clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and 10 years construction related experience.
• All jurisdictional certificates.
• PE license in NY preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotations, and assist in technical proposals and contracts.
• Coordinate project activities, establish priorities, and staff accordingly.
• Monitor contractor progress and respond to RFIs with Architects/Engineers for timely responses.
• Oversee project controls and review construction schedules.
• Lead project delivery using SDA and develop the PM plan; mentor team.
