Qualifications

• 20+ years of observing experience in civil infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of field operations, safety requirements, and environmental considerations.
• Ability to travel locally, regionally, and interstate with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations to support project completion.
• Provide clear direction and mentor field crews.
• Oversee warehouse operations, fleet logistics, and equipment inventory.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure QA/QC of work.
• Coordinate with project managers and internal teams; manage staffing and workload.
