Job summary

Ragle Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer in Houston, TX to lead civil construction activities across outdoor project sites. You will oversee crews, manage contracts, and drive on‑time, on‑budget delivery of roadway and bridge projects.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficient execution with opportunities for relocation on large projects and travel as needed across regional sites. A strong background in civil engineering and field management is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management from an accredited program.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred but not required.
Strong leadership and communication skills for coordinating crews, subcontractors and stakeholders.
Must be organized, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee subcontractor agreements, ensuring compliance with specifications, timelines and budgets.
Assist in processing change orders and maintain clear communication among all parties.
Monitor project costs and provide reporting to meet financial objectives.
Develop and maintain detailed work plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
Conduct regular project meetings with trades and stakeholders to review progress.
