Job summary

CobbFendley Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager in its Houston or Woodlands office to lead complex civil engineering projects and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.

The role requires a PE license, a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, and 10+ years of AEC experience. You will manage budgets, schedules, QA/QC, and client communications, with opportunities for growth and leadership within a collaborative, hybrid-work environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of AEC professional experience (engineer, surveyor, ROW).
• PE licensed and in good standing; civil engineering licensure required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project financial management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects of moderate to large scope and client invoicing.
• Monitor budgets, schedules and risk; prepare SOW and LOE.
• Ensure contract compliance and QA/QC processes.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary design and client communications.
• Develop team and mentor junior staff.
