Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers for assigned projects.
• Review and interpret contract drawings and specifications ensuring technical accuracy.
• Manage technical changes to the bill of materials.
• Coordinate and interpret engineered-to-order drawings.
• Create and manage project documentation using centralized resources.
• Provide technical support and drive warranty issues to closure.
• Act as technical liaison between customers, sales and factories for order configuration and documentation.
• Escalate issues to management when needed to protect schedules and scope.
• Collaborate with Project Management Team including PMs, Sales Engineers and Documentation Team.
• Lead verbal or written communications with stakeholders about technical scope and design.
