Job summary

Hanford Tank Waste Operations & Closure (H2C) seeks a Manager to direct the Field Project Controls organization. The role covers planning, budgeting, schedule/cost performance, and integration with other groups to support field work execution in Richland, WA.

Responsibilities include baseline management, performance analysis, and leadership of control account staff. The position requires coordinating with DOE HFO, maintaining safety and ISMS compliance, and driving high standards in planning,

Qualifications

• Grade 20: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Business or related field and 8+ years directly related experience.
• Grade 21: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Business or related field and 10+ years directly related experience.
• Grade 22: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Business or related field and 12+ years directly related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide management leadership for Project Controls performance analysis and monitoring, baseline management and integration support of scope, schedule, and budget.
• Review performance trends, prepare analysis and schedule/cost recovery plans.
• Ensure consistent implementation of project controls standards, policies and procedures for the field organization.
• Prepare or review presentations based on system output and cost summaries for DOE HFO and H2C management.
• Develop and submit weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting to DOE HFO and H2C management.
