Hanford Tank Waste Operations & Closure (H2C) seeks a Project Controls Engineer to support budgets, schedules, and forecasts for complex waste cleanup efforts at the Hanford Site in Richland, WA. You will extract data from systems, prepare performance indicators, and advise management to sustain timelines and cost control.

The role emphasizes EVMS measurements (BCWS/BCWP/ACWP), baseline changes, and routine reporting, with a view toward compliant, timely project delivery and effective decision

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, engineering, business or related field.
• Experience with cost/schedule controls and earned value.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and support decision making.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimating, scheduling or cost data for project planning and status analysis.
• Update cost monitoring activities including labor, materials and indirect costs.
• Coordinate ETC/forecast development and resource-loaded schedules; use Means/industry data.
• Support Baseline Change Proposals and cost/schedule trend reporting.
• Provide scheduling support to project activities and review cost codes on requisitions.
