Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressively responsible experience in residential construction or housing rehab.
• Experience supervising construction crews, assessors, or field staff.
• Ability to read, develop, and review scopes of work, estimates, invoices, and technical documents.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage daily field production for in-house crews, assessors, and subcontractors.
• Visit active jobs daily to document progress, conditions, deficiencies, and next steps.
• Ensure progress photos are taken and properly filed for each project.
• Coordinate final move-in or client return-to-work activities and punch lists.
• Develop Crew Chiefs as working leaders and provide hands‑on guidance on-site.
• Oversee lead-safe practices and compliance with safety regulations.
