Job summary

The Green & Healthy Homes Initiative (GHHI) is hiring a Production Manager in Baltimore, MD. This senior role leads day-to-day field production, directs crews, assessors, and subcontractors, and partners with the Director to meet program goals while maintaining weatherization and lead-safety standards.

This full-time exempt position requires strong operational leadership, budgeting, and quality control, with both field and office responsibilities in a Baltimore-based setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in residential construction or related field.
• Experience with weatherization, lead hazard reduction, healthy homes, or aging-in-place.
• Ability to read and review scopes of work, estimates, and invoices.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage daily field production for in-house crews, assessors, and subcontractors.
• Visit active jobs daily, document progress and next steps.
• Ensure progress photos are taken and stored correctly.
• Coordinate final move-in or return-to-work activities and punch lists.
• Provide hands-on guidance to crews and ensure safety and quality.
