Job summary

The Project Field Procurement Manager (PFPM) leads Field Supply Chain activities for a combined-cycle construction project, including field purchasing, expediting, supplier quality coordination, logistics, receiving, warehousing, inventory control, and surplus disposition.

The PFPM develops field procurement plans, staffing, budgets, and controls to support construction, commissioning, cost, and schedule objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 10–13 years of relevant experience; or 14–17 years directly related.
• Experience with field procurement on EPC projects preferred.
• Knowledge of cost, schedule, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Supply Chain operations in accordance with project procedures and guides.
• Develop and maintain field procurement strategy, staffing, budget, procedures, facilities, and plans.
• Coordinate Supply Chain interfaces among project office, site, and functional groups.
• Direct field purchasing from requisition review through sourcing, negotiations, award, and closeout.
• Manage purchase orders, expediting, supplier performance, changes, invoices, and closeout.
• Implement Digital Supply Chain System applications and maintain project data.
