Job summary

ProSidian is seeking a Senior Field Procurement Engineering (FPE) Specialist to provide high-level procurement engineering support for nuclear and environmental management engagements. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on client sites across the Southeast region.

The Senior FPE will lead field-to-procurement interfaces, coordinate requisitions, and ensure documentation and vendor deliverables meet project standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and 4+ years of experience in procurement, materials management, maintenance, operations or related area OR;
• Associates degree and 6+ years of experience in procurement, materials management, maintenance, operations or related area OR;
• High School diploma or GED and 8+ years combination of education and/or experience as outlined above.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and/or prepares purchase requisitions and related documents for goods and services in the area or division assigned.
• Prepares and/or assists in the preparation and development of statement of work documents, procurement specifications, inspections, quality and other technical base documents.
• Ensures initial and ongoing compliance and consistent application of all company procurement policies and practices.
• Collaborates with Engineering, technical and quality personnel and coordinates approvals with subcontract technical representatives and end users.
• Reviews site stores/spares and MAC items for suitability with requisition needs; coordinates storage of items.
• Expedites delivery of materials from vendors and stores inventory as needed.
