Job summary

ASM is seeking a Senior Field Process Engineer to serve as the on-site epitaxy process expert at a key customer location in Richardson, TX. You will lead process development, transfers, and new product introductions on ASM epitaxy systems, coordinating with ASM’s global teams to ensure successful ramp and qualification for customer deployments.

Qualifications

• M.S. or Ph.D. in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Physical Chemistry, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site process development, optimization, and troubleshooting on ASM epitaxy systems.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments to support new process development and qualification.
• Partner with customer engineering teams to align technology requirements and ramp activities.
• Drive process and hardware improvements to enhance yield and customer satisfaction.
• Manage technical projects from planning to completion and acceptance.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and best practices.
