Job summary

AMR in Billings, MT is hiring Paramedics for immediate full-time roles with a $15,000 sign-on bonus and a two-year commitment. You will deliver advanced patient care, respond to 911 calls, and lead scene operations to ensure patient safety and efficient EMS response.

The role requires a State Paramedic License, BLS/ACLS/NREMT-Paramedic, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record. Prior healthcare experience is preferred, with strong teamwork and community engagement emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• State Paramedic License.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• BLS, ACLS, NREMT-Paramedic.
• Driving record compliant with company policy.
• Pass Physical Agility Test.
• Some work experience, preferably healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Assess each call situation to determine the best course of action.
• Utilize Paramedic skills on medical equipment including defibrillators and monitors.
• Communicate with patients and loved ones to provide information and assurance.
• Act as Paramedic team leader and manage scene and unit as needed.
• Drive the ambulance on 911 responses.
• Work collaboratively with allied health and public safety personnel.
• Participate in community programs to maintain AMR image and relations.
