Job summary

AMR in Billings is hiring a Paramedic for a full-time role to deliver advanced patient care on EMS calls. You’ll assess situations, lead the team, operate medical equipment, and coordinate care with public safety partners.

Requirements include high school diploma, state Paramedic license, valid driver’s license, and certifications like BLS, ACLS, and NREMT-Paramedic. A 15k sign-on bonus is offered with a 2-year commitment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• State Paramedic License is required.
• BLS, ACLS, and NREMT-Paramedic certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Assess each call to determine best action with paramedic protocols.
• Use paramedic skills on equipment including defibrillators and EKG monitors.
• Communicate with patients and families to provide information and assurance.
• Act as Paramedic team leader and manage scene and unit as needed.
• Drive the ambulance on 911 responses.
• Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel and fellow paramedics.
• Participate in community programs to support AMR image.
