Job summary

AMR is hiring Paramedics for a full-time opportunity in Billings, MT. A $15K sign-on bonus is offered with a two-year commitment. Paramedics will provide advanced patient care, lead scenes, and work with public safety personnel.

Requirements include a state Paramedic license, high school diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, and current BLS/ACLS/NREMT-Paramedic certifications. Driving record must comply with policy, and agility testing is required.

Qualifications

• Valid Paramedic License or certification.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NREMT-Paramedic credentials.
• Driving record compliant with company policy.
• Able to pass Physical Agility Test.
• Some healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess each call to determine best course of action using Paramedic protocols.
• Utilize Paramedic skills and equipment for advanced patient care (defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen, suction, IV fluids).
• Communicate with patients and families to provide information and reassurance.
