Job summary

AMR is hiring Paramedics in Billings for full-time positions, offering a $15K sign-on bonus with a 2-year commitment. We seek compassionate, high-quality care and advanced patient services for our customers.

Responsibilities include leading on scene, using advanced medical equipment, and coordinating with public safety teams while ensuring professional patient care and community relations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State Paramedic License or equivalent credential.
• Valid Driver’s License and insurable driving record.
• Current BLS, ACLS and NREMT-Paramedic certifications.
• Driving record compliant with company policy.
• Must pass Physical Agility Test.
• Some work experience, preferably in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Assess each call situation and determine best action per Paramedic protocols.
• Use medical equipment (defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen, suction) for advanced care.
• Communicate with patients and families to provide information and reassurance.
• Act as Paramedic team leader and manage the scene and unit as needed.
• Drive the ambulance on 911 responses.
• Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel and other Paramedics.
• Participate in community programs to maintain AMR image and relations.

BLS ACLS NREMT-Paramedic
