Job summary

AMR in Billings, Montana, is hiring Paramedics for a full-time role to deliver advanced patient care during emergency responses. The position requires a State Paramedic License, BLS/ACLS/NREMT-Paramedic certifications, and a valid driver's license.

We offer a $15,000 sign-on bonus with a 2-year commitment. You will lead on-scene operations, drive 911 responses, and collaborate with public safety teammates to ensure compassionate, high-quality care for our customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• State Paramedic License is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• BLS, ACLS, and NREMT-Paramedic certifications are required.
• Driving record must comply with policy.
• Must pass Physical Agility Test.
• Some healthcare work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess each call to determine the best course of action.
• Use Paramedic skills with equipment to provide advanced medical care.
• Communicate with patients and families to explain care.
• Act as Paramedic team leader and manage scene and unit as needed.
• Drive the ambulance on 911 responses.
• Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel.
• Participate in community programs to uphold AMR image.
