Job summary

Ferring Pharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Operations in Parsippany, NJ to partner with Commercial Operations, Medical Field Ops, and launch teams. You will design segmentation, targeting, call plans, and territory alignment to maximize field impact and launch readiness.

Responsibilities include leading field reporting and dashboards (Power BI), coordinating with vendors, and guiding cross-functional teams on operational improvements to drive performance and accountability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
7+ years in pharmaceutical Commercial Operations, Field Operations, Sales Ops or related functions.
Experience supporting field organizations, including commercial and/or medical field teams.
Hands-on experience with segmentation, targeting, call plan development, territory alignment, field reporting and launch readiness.
Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary Field Operations partner across commercial field teams and launch initiatives.
Lead segmentation and targeting to align field activity with priorities and opportunities.
Develop and optimize call plans and field execution guidance.
Lead territory alignment analyses and recommendations for coverage and workload balance.
Translate business needs into clear field-ready recommendations and execution plans.
Own field reporting and dashboards for performance insights.
