Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in pharmaceutical Commercial Operations, Field Operations, Sales Force Effectiveness, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Medical Operations, Launch Excellence, or related functions.
• Experience supporting pharmaceutical or specialty field organizations (commercial and/or medical).
• Experience developing and maintaining field dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
• Experience translating data into actionable field recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Field Operations partner across commercial field teams, medical field operations, and new launch initiatives.
• Lead segmentation and targeting to align field activity with priorities and opportunities.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize call plans and field execution guidance.
• Lead territory alignment analyses and provide recommendations for coverage and workload balance.
• Own field reporting and dashboards for commercial, medical field, and launch priorities.
• Define and monitor field KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Oversee vendor management and cross-functional collaboration for field operations initiatives.
