• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication, presentation, project management, and training skills.
• Experience translating data into actionable field recommendations and managing cross-functional projects.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary Field Operations partner across commercial field teams, medical field operations, and new launch initiatives.
• Lead segmentation, targeting, and call plan design to align field activity with priorities and highest-value opportunities.
• Develop and maintain field dashboards and reporting to monitor KPIs and identify trends and risks.
• Provide field enablement through training and adoption of tools and processes.
• Manage external vendors and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to execute field operations priorities.
