Qualifications

• Typically 5–7 years of operational experience in a technical production environment.
• Experience supporting well operations, including gas lifted wells and ESP systems.
• Experience with three-phase separation, gas compression, pipeline operations, and control board operation.
• Experience performing varied and complex technical tasks within broad operating parameters.

Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment performance and carry out operational rounds.
• Prepare maintenance activities and coordinate with engineering and support teams.
• Support field operations, data gathering, and production optimization.
• Provide equipment support and assist with maintenance tasks.
• Interface with engineering teams on data requests and production analysis.
