Job summary

Rwdy-Inc in North Dakota is seeking a Multi-Skilled Operator IV [C] to manage complex well operations at 8902 37th Street NW, New Town, ND 58763. The role features a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule with 12-hour days and an agency-supplied vehicle for site mobility.

Ideal candidates are senior engineers or operators with 7+ years of hands-on experience in gas-lifted wells, ESPs, and rotation equipment, capable of technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration for optimal production.

Qualifications

• Senior level with 7+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for well operations, gas-lifted wells, ESPs, three-phase separation, gas compression, control board operation, pipeline operation, minor maintenance of valves, pumps and rotating equipment, and assisting other operators and craft personnel in their duties.
• Prepares for and performs maintenance, takes readings, completes rounds, issues work permits, follows procedures, initiates work requests, writes procedures, and interfaces with support groups.
• Proactively monitors well and equipment performance and takes appropriate action to maximize production.
• Works with support groups to optimize chemical pump rates based on production data, including corrosion, paraffin, soap injection, etc.
• Interfaces with Engineering for data-gathering requests.
• Tracks test compression data.
• Conducts fluid levels with an echo meter.
