Job summary

Rwdy Inc is seeking a Multi-Skilled Operator IV [C] for 7 days on / 7 days off, 12-hour days at our ND site. The role covers well operations, gas-lifted wells, ESPs, and gas compression with agency-supplied vehicle. Start date is November 1, 2026, with an end date of April 30, 2027.

The operator will perform maintenance, take readings, issue permits, follow procedures, and coordinate with engineering and support groups to maximize production and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Senior level with 7+ years experience in well operations.
• Lead role in technical/functional area, coordinating others but not a supervisor.
• Strong ability to apply extensive knowledge to a wide range of situations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee well operations, gas-lifted wells, ESPs, three-phase separation and gas compression; run control boards and pipelines; perform minor maintenance on valves, pumps and rotating equipment.
• Prepare for and perform maintenance, take readings, complete rounds, issue work permits, follow procedures, initiate work requests; write procedures in collaboration with support groups.
• Proactively monitor well and equipment performance to maximize production; optimize chemical pump rates based on production data; interface with Engineering for data gathering.
• Track test compression data and conduct fluid level measurements with an echo meter; liaise with support groups to optimize operations.

Scope

Key Accountabilities

• Responsible for well operations, gas-lifted wells, ESPs, three-phase separation, gas compression, control board operation, pipeline operation, minor maintenance of valves, pumps and rotating equipment, and assisting other operators and craft personnel in their duties.
• Prepares for and performs maintenance, takes readings, completes rounds, issues work permits, follows procedures, initiates work requests, writes procedures, and interfaces with support groups.
• Proactively monitors well and equipment performance and takes appropriate action to maximize production.
• Works with support groups to optimize chemical pump rates based on production data, including corrosion, paraffin, soap injection, etc.
• Interfaces with Engineering for data-gathering requests.
• Tracks test compression data.
• Conducts fluid levels with an echo meter.
