Rwdy Inc is seeking a Multi-Skilled Operator III [C] to oversee well operations on site at Dunn Center, North Dakota. The role covers ESPs, gas lift, separation, compression, and associated equipment, with a strong emphasis on production optimization.

You will perform rounds, issue work permits, and collaborate with engineering and support groups. A background of 5–7 years in oil and gas operations is preferred, with the ability to make decisions within broad parameters.

Compensation: $40.48-$52.21/hr

Location: 367 Central Avenue N, Dunn Center, ND 58626

Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off, 12-hour days

Target Start Date: 11/1/26

End Date: 4/30/27

Vehicle: Agency supplied vehicle

Scope

Key Accountabilities

• Responsible for well operations, gas lifted wells, ESPs, three-phase separation, gas compression, control board operation, pipeline operation, minor maintenance of valves, pumps and rotating equipment, and assisting other operators and craft personnel in their duties.


• Prepares for and performs maintenance, takes readings, does rounds, issues work permits, follows procedures, initiates work requests, writes procedures, and interfaces with support groups.


• Proactively monitors well and equipment performance and takes appropriate action to maximize production.


• Works with support groups to optimize chemical pump rates based on production data (corrosion, paraffin, soap injection, etc.).


• Interfaces with Engineering for data gathering requests.


• Tracks test compression data.


• Conducts fluid levels with echo meter.

Required and Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experienced level, typically 5-7 years of experience.


• Provides more technical/functional support than administrative support.


• Demonstrates a thorough working knowledge of technology, applications, terminology, and procedures required of the job function.


• Performs varied and more complex tasks.


• Makes decisions within broad parameters.
