Stryker Corporation in Monterey Park, CA seeks a Senior Field Operations Associate to manage warehouse activities, including receipt, processing, packaging and storage of supplies and equipment, and to coordinate shipping/receiving while optimizing space and safety.

Requires 3+ years of relevant experience, a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Schedule: Mon–Fri, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM onsite with overtime; travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant warehouse/field operations experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift/pull/push up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsabilités

• Check inventory and participate in cycle counts as needed.
• Compile and inspect incoming/outgoing kits for specs.
• Clean, maintain, and organize storage areas per safety rules.
• Inspect stock for wear/defects and report issues.
• Support quality initiatives at the branch.
• Coordinate with distribution, sales, shipping, and carriers to expedite deliveries.
• Manage inventories and alert when supplies run low.
• Collaborate with internal resources for alternative product obtainment.
