Carvana is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-priority initiatives within Markets Operations. You will collaborate across HR, IT, procurement, and operations to drive change and deliver measurable outcomes. The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, KPI tracking, and scalable process improvements.

You will mentor teams in project management methods, manage budgets and timelines, and travel up to 10% as needed in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in Project Management, operations, business analytics, or related role.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams through Initiation, Design, Planning, Execution and Close phases for large-scale initiatives.
• Experience working across HR, IT/technology, construction, engineering, procurement, operations to communicate project vision and drive change.
• Ability to structure root cause analysis, identify KPIs, and develop solutions to operational challenges.
• Strong analytical mindset to transform data into actionable insights and drive strategic decisions.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis; Snowflake/SQL experience preferred; Tableau familiarity beneficial.
• Self-starter with ability to drive excellence, learn quickly, and meet high standards.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.

• Tackle ambiguity with structured problem-solving to meet business needs.
• Dive into operations to develop scalable solutions using market operation knowledge.
• Identify risks and opportunities and drive process improvements.
• Communicate needs and progress with leadership; mentor teams in PM methodologies.
