Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited undergraduate institution.
• At least five years of relevant leadership experience managing multiple employees.
• Experience handling logistics.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity with composure.
• Appreciation for differences of opinion.
• Skills to manage employee and customer experience in challenging situations.
• Ability to examine processes and develop creative solutions.
• Willingness to adapt to change and take on multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics, inventory quality, scheduling, and registration documentation.
• Lead customer and employee experience initiatives and mentoring.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with leadership and teams.
• Drive growth and report to Carvana leadership; support rapid project work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
