Job summary

Aire Serv and Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Omaha seeks a Production Manager to unify two thriving brands and lead field teams toward peak performance. You will shape culture, optimize processes, and drive safety, customer loyalty, and financial targets from day one.

The role offers a transparent compensation package with an OTE of $120,000–$145,000+, a base salary ramp, and performance-based incentives, plus benefits like PTO, healthcare, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years leading a field service team of 10+ technicians.
• Master license in Plumbing or Electrical preferred; Journeyman license required.
• HVAC experience with cross-trade exposure is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceTitan software is strongly preferred.
• Experience with formalized industry training networks (e.g., Nexstar) is a major asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tuesday and Thursday morning technician training sessions.
• Conduct weekly 1-on-1 performance reviews with each field team member.
• Perform in-home ride-alongs to review KPIs and coach technicians.
• Standardize field execution using structured service processes.
• Direct scheduling and dispatching to optimize routing and reduce callbacks.
• Maintain live KPI metrics and drive toward target gross margins.
