Mr. Rooter Plumbing in Columbus, OH is seeking a results-driven Field Manager to lead our field technicians, supervise job sites, and push operational excellence in partnership with Trades Holding Company and Neighborly.

You will hire, train, and evaluate technicians, manage scheduling, equipment and fleet logistics, and drive customer satisfaction through consistent quality and adherence to standards. A proven leadership track and ServiceTitan experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a skilled trade laborer (Plumbing, Electrical, or Water Restoration).
• 5+ years in a lead or supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceTitan software.
• Excellent leadership, organization, and customer service skills.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Hire, train, coach, and conduct 1-on-1 performance reviews with field technicians.
• Field Operations: Oversee job scheduling, technician assignments, and equipment/supply delivery.
• Quality & Performance: Visit job sites to evaluate work, enforce standards, and analyze performance reports.
• Customer Focus: Ensure high customer satisfaction aligning with Trades and Neighborly best practices.
• Fleet & Logistics: Coordinate vehicle maintenance/repairs and enforce scheduled van inventory appointments.
• Collaboration: Partner with Business Unit Managers and Dispatch to streamline field workflows.
