Job summary

Tarrant Regional Water District is seeking an Operations Maintenance Worker IV in Texas to assist with maintaining district fleets, pipelines, reservoirs, and rights-of-way. You will perform vegetation work, operate tractors and mowers, and assist with light welding or repairs as needed.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or GED, a Texas CDL Class A/B with E, and Hazmat with Tanker endorsement. Expect outdoor work, some weekends/evenings, and training participation.

Qualifications

• Maintains and cleans districts facilities and grounds.
• Operates equipment such as tractors, mowers, and chainsaws.
• Performs basic repairs and light welding as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform vegetation maintenance on pipelines, reservoirs, and rights-of-way.
• Operate skid steer/uni-loader, ag tractor, and other equipment.
• Paint fences and upkeep district facilities and properties.
• Pull and park utility trailers to job sites.
• Work extended hours including weekends/evenings when required.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in training.
