Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ supervisory or managerial experience.
• Minimum three years’ experience as a Lead Communications Technician or similar position.
• Minimum five years’ experience in telecommunications or a related technical or construction field.
• Proficient with a computer and MS Office (Word, Excel and MS Project).
• Must meet Company minimum driving standards.
• Ability to define a project, create a scope of work, create an estimate and manage tasks to completion.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, supervise and manage project staff.
• Plan for project profitability and meet deadlines.
• Liaise with customer representatives on-site.
• Review job costs, invoices and financial reporting.
• Lead on-site meetings and training sessions; promote safety.
• Ensure quality and timely project completion.
