Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of administrative experience in telecommunications or related technical field.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Experience with Bluebeam software preferred.
• Ability to learn, understand and annotate drawings with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Create and print computer-generated labels for all aspects of the business using templates.
• Use PDF software to generate and manipulate documents.
• Create job numbers by verifying information against provided back-up documentation.
• File job documents correctly according to company standards.
• Create and process reports.
• Scan and print documents.
• Provide back-up to the CAD team and Sales/Marketing teams as needed.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
