Qualifications

• Requires residence in the Los Angeles area.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience configuring and maintaining Palo Alto Networks.
• Experience with Juniper, Ruckus, Cisco, Aruba or Meraki hardware and network implementations.
• Lead network architecture and implementation including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and physical installation.
• Ability to investigate, diagnose, and solve novel problems with minimal guidance.
• Strong communication skills for client-facing roles and incident leadership.

Responsibilities

• Configure, install, and maintain network hardware and software at locations across the US.
• On-site implementation including rack & stack and integration of cybersecurity measures.
• Act as project lead for network deployments and provide status reports to stakeholders.
• Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize efficiency and availability.
• Implement and manage security solutions such as firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and data loss prevention.
• Lead complex incident resolution for security events and coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Provide strategic cybersecurity recommendations to clients.
