Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for CNS to advance our ecosystem-based engagement model.

You will provide clinical, economic and health outcome information to Key Influencers, Local Practice Leaders and healthcare providers within your territory. As part of the ecosystem team, you will help tailor regional medical strategies, collaborate across the matrix, and may cover multiple CNS products.

Qualifications

• MD/DO, PharmD or PhD in life sciences or equivalent CNS clinical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical medical affairs or relevant work experience.
• Understanding of interconnected health systems and patient care delivery.
• Strong business acumen; industry knowledge and value proposition understandings.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; capable of cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical, scientific and health economic information related to CNS diseases.
• Engage with Key Influencers, Local Practice Leaders, healthcare providers and patient groups.
• Lead and mentor within a matrix team and contribute to regional medical strategies.
• Disseminate disease state and healthcare landscape information to customers.
• Support clinical trials programs and health economic outcomes research.
